Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn merino wool shoes in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
